Tips

1. We advise for you take pictures and videos of your boxes inside and out before pick up and after drop off; to reference back to assess for any damages

 

2. Deposits fees will be applied to the balance and taxes will be added to the email invoice that you receive via email.

 

3. $50 deposit is required for reservation and remaining balance due the day before your scheduled pick up. You will receive email invoice with due date listed.

4. TV box - (All TV's are required to be in TV box to enhance safety measures)-If we provide TV box then there will be a $15 fee 

​

5. No elevator fee $100

​

6. Drop off or pick up outside of allotted hours $50 if within the same week.

7. $50 off-campus fee

8. Reschedule $50

​

9. Each dorm will have its own allotted time for pick up and drop off and you can pick which day based on your dorm.

​

10. When items are returned for school in August, they will be delivered on bottom floor of each dorm and not to the dorm room unless you pay the extra $50 fee to be returned to the dorm room. We highly recommend you paying the $50 fee to be returned to the dorm as we will not be able to offer our assistance or assist with transporting heavy items to dorm room unless paid in advance.
